Chinrose International LLC is a importer and wholesale distributor of several products. As a small business, we handle a wide range of tasks in-house and are looking for a dependable Office Assistant to join our team. Our commitment to excellent customer service sets us apart in the industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Create and send invoices
Process and manage order shipments
Handle credit card transactions
Answer phone calls and respond to emails
Pack and label customer orders
Use QuickBooks for accounting tasks
Perform general office duties (filing, data entry, organizing supplies)
Requirements:
General office experience required
Experience with QuickBooks preferred
Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have a current food handler’s license
Reliable and organized
Good communication skills
